I am having technical difficulties, what are some quick solutions I should first try?

Log out, then clear your web browser cache. Navigate back to https://tableau.social27.com/peko/auth and re-login. (Do not just refresh your browser).

Make sure you are not blocking cookies in your browser settings during this event – it can affect your ability to access certain features like changing your profile picture.

Be sure you have closed out of other tabs in your browser for best performance.

I am receiving a “could not connect” or other error message. What should I do?

If you are still experiencing issues, please try the ‘Forgot Password?’ feature to reset your password.

- Use a different browser. Other attendees have found the most success using Google Chrome

- Unblock cookies in your browser settings
- Ensure all other video conferencing apps are closed (ex: Zoom, Google Chat, Go To Meeting, etc)

Keynotes & Breakout Sessions

How do I view the Keynote?

Log in and use the left hand navigation menu to select the 'Sessions' page. Keynotes will be listed at the top with their noted closed captioning (if applicable). Please select "Watch Session" to view.

How do I select a Breakout Session?

Log in and use the left-hand navigation menu to select the 'Sessions' page. Breakouts will be listed after keynotes and are hosted in Google Meet.

Use the Search & Filter feature on the left-hand side to help define if you are looking for a keynote or breakout.

What do I do if I submitted a question in a session, but it wasn't answered?

If you were unable to receive an answer to a question you submitted, please send the question to PEKOquestions@tableau.com and reference the session name.

How can I submit feedback?

There are two ways to provide feedback:
1) After each session concludes, there will be pop-up box for you to rate the session. Please note there is only one opportunity to take the survey once the session concludes.
2) We also have an event feedback survey. This will be emailed after the event, or you can find a link to it at the bottom of the Home page.

Will session recordings be available after the event?

Keynote session recordings will be made available to all partners after the live event for on-demand viewing on Partner Highspot.

How do I report something inappropriate in the chat?

All Chat is moderated by Tableau to ensure that it stays aligned with our Code of Conduct. We will delete anything that violates it. If you see anything that you think is inappropriate, please email PEKOQuestions@tableau.com immediately with the details and location of the inappropriate content.

How can I engage with other attendees?

You will have an opportunity to engage with other attendees during the keynote session through a live chat feature. There are also reactions you can select during the program. In addition, during the Breakout Sessions, you may ask questions and interact with other attendees via the live chat feature as well.

How will my personal information be used?

Upon registering for PEKO, all registrants have agreed to the storing and processing of personal data by Tableau and by Salesforce, as described in the Tableau Privacy Statement and the Salesforce Privacy Statement, respectively.

Someone posted inappropriate content. How do I report this?

If you see anything that you think is inappropriate, email PEKOquestions@tableau.com immediately with the details and location of the inappropriate content.
