Unexpected data sometimes displayed in the view if USERNAME() was used in a join.


Mark labels did not display as expected in Tableau Server when using multiple hover actions.


LDAP dynamic group import does not work when user and group based DNs are configured.


On Tableau Server 2018.3.1, run-vizqlserver.exe is crashing causing views not to render and requiring a restart to recover usability.


When configuring Google OpenID connect via TSM Web UI, the redirect URI provided in Step 3 is incorrect and a 400 redirect_uri_mismatch error is being generated.

When signing into Tableau Online through a browser or Tableau Desktop, an error occurs: "Not authorized, Invalid username or password.(errorCode=16)" after Being Successfully Added to Site.


Week date filter range changes after publishing workbook.


When attempting to change content ownership and selecting a user who already owns the content, a message indicates "The owner of has been changed", which is misleading as no actual ownership has changed.


Tool tip displays fine in desktop, but not after publishing workbook to Online (with data source embedded and separate). When appending "?:render=false" the tooltip, then displays as expected.


Sometimes the "New Workbook" button was available when web authoring was disabled. Clicking this button resulted in a "Resource not found" error.


Calculations using DATEPART('second') returned unexpectedly rounded results in some cases.


When attempting to refresh an extract, the refresh sometimes failed and the following error occurred: "PQresultStatus: 7 ERROR: Unable to resolve database file path."


Images in subscription emails received using Gmail were received as an attachment rather than in the email body.


After changing a Tableau Online or Tableau Server site name, members of user filters show as "external\".


When installing or restarting Tableau Server, starting up fails (despite several retries) and the following error might occur in the TSM Status: "Tableau Server Tableau Prep Conductor [...] is in an error state."


When site SAML was enabled, sometimes users were unable to login and the following error occurred: "This page could not be accessed. Either it does not exist, or you do not have the necessary permissions."
