User Group Meeting of the Week: Tableau Newbies

The Tableau Newbies User Group is dedicated to those new to Tableau and the Tableau Community. During the meetup, the user group leaders, Jim Dehner and Klaus Schulte shared their first dashboard they created in Tableau, emphasizing that we all start somewhere. Then, Klaus dove into how to create data set connections—from landing pages, establishing a connection, live connections vs. extracts and more. To wrap up the meeting, Tableau Zen Master, Sarah Bartlett gave an introduction to the Tableau Community and how you can get involved as a newcomer. If you'd like to receive future updates and invites about this new user group, join here. Dive in and watch the full recording here
