1035182	Fill color below Reference line looks abnormal in published view and has changed from 2018.2 to 2018.3. View also displays differently on Tableau Desktop than in Tableau Server.
1036477	When a reference line is scoped for "Entire table" and a dimension value is hidden, the reference line no longer shows.
