Michael London is currently a Data analyst and Tableau site Administrator at the Cleveland Clinic Philanthropy Institute. His primary functions are focused on donor analytics, metrics reporting, direct mail reporting, prospect reporting, and financial reporting. Prior to working at the Cleveland Clinic Michael spent 3 years as a corporate investigator for Sears Holdings Corporation where he created and implemented dozens of fraud detection reports and algorithms that detected hundreds of cases and millions of dollars in fraud per year.
