Dirk Ramhorst is Chief Digital Officer & Chief Information Officer at WACKER, a leading player and one of the world’s most research-intensive chemical companies.


Olympic Champion

Thomas Röhler is a German track and field athlete who competes in the javelin throw. He is the 2016 Olympic Champion and 2018 European Champion. His personal best of 93.90 m for the event ranks him third on the overall list.

Country Manager DACH, Tableau Software

Henrik Jörgensen is Country Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Tableau Software. Jorgensen looks back on more than 27 years of professional experience with - among others - BlueCat Networks and Quest Software (Vice President and Managing Director EMEA). Jorgensen holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.

Mark Nelson

President and CEO, Tableau

As President and CEO at Tableau, Mark Nelson sets the vision and direction for Tableau, and oversees company strategy, business activities, and operations. Prior to becoming President and CEO, Mark was the Executive Vice President of Product Development for Tableau, leading the global engineering and product teams. Under his leadership, both teams helped the company broaden and deepen its industry-leading analytics platform to support customers globally.

Prior to Tableau, Mark was the Chief Technology Officer at Concur, where he was responsible for all aspects of product development, as well as hosting operations for their SaaS services and Concur's internal IT function. He also spent 17 years as Vice President and Architect at Oracle. Mark holds a B.S. in general engineering and an M.S. in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.


Vice President Global Field Marketing, Tableau

Working in the technology sector for 20 years, Ashling is leading the Global Field Marketing for Tableau.


Chief Product Officer, Tableau

As Chief Product Officer, Francois Ajenstat is responsible for Tableau's overall product strategy and oversees the product portfolio including product packaging, pricing, and product positioning. Francois is also responsible for evangelizing Tableau's products with customers and partners, and incorporating customer and partner feedback into the strategic vision of the Tableau portfolio.

Francois brings a wealth of product management experience in the business intelligence industry. Prior to joining Tableau, Francois worked at Microsoft for 10 years in a number of different groups including SQL Server, Office, and Trustworthy Computing. Before that, he worked for Cognos Corporation (acquired by IBM) leading strategic alliances with key industry partners such as IBM, HP, and Microsoft.



Digitization is turning business up-side down and it fascinates me to see the opportunities which arise. Key is to recognize and embrace them. That’s why I’m on a mission to help people visualize and understand their data. I joined Tableau in 2018 as Marketing & Communications lead for the DACH region. Before, I worked in Professional Services and Technology leading marketing and communications teams to achieve market share expansion in mature markets, hyper growth and digital businesses.
