Is it revolutionary to have the front-line sales team intimately involved in designing dashboards? Depends who you ask, but this is definitely a strategy being used at PNC. PNC recognizes the great power to be found in providing an employee access to the right data at the right time -- since data makes it easier to be smart, targeted, and successful. During this session we will review a dashboard which was designed by the sales teams, for the sales teams; PNC is on a mission to empower users of dashboards to also be builders of dashboards and believe it is why dashboard adoption rates are above 95% for their targeted user base.
The Psychology of Moving to Data Visualization is a new way to look at making the change in an organization from static report generation to interactive data manipulation and visualization. It identifies the keys to creating the RIGHT visualization and the parties that you’d be creating visualizations for.
