About the speakers


Tom Walker

Executive VP, Cloud

Tom Walker is the Executive Vice President of Cloud for Tableau, and previously served as its Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Tom oversees Tableau’s cloud computing strategy, including Tableau Online, and is tasked with working across the company to create the world’s best hosted analytics offering. Tom brings extensive experience in finance, operations, strategic planning, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Tableau in 2004, he held finance positions at private and public companies including Time Warner and IDG Books (since acquired by John Wiley and Sons). He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University, and a master's degree in business administration from Baruch College.


Scott Kubicki

Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions

Scott Kubicki joined Tableau in January 2018 as the Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions. Scott’s organization is responsible for managing the post-sale, customer experience including leading a team of 800 employees in various functions including; Customer Success, Services, and Tech Support Operations. His team’s mission is to ensure every Tableau customer fully adopts and embraces the Tableau platform and associated services to achieve full value realization of Tableau’s portfolio of products. He and his team have been designing a new approach for integrating all of the necessary elements to make customers successful including a comprehensive strategy for Partners. With Tableau’s move to subscription, Scott’s team is driving many of the activities involved in renewing customers while developing lifelong and expansive relationships with Tableau. Most recently, Scott’s passion for customers has resulted in developing a closed loop process for collecting customer and partner product ideas and integrating them into new product and feature roadmaps.
