About the speakers

Phil Cooper

Vice President of Product for Salesforce Tableau CRM

In his role, Phil is responsible for Tableau CRM’s artificial intelligence capabilities in addition to leading Tableau’s broader data science strategy. He joined Salesforce in 2014, leveraging his extensive machine learning and data management expertise to help launch the Analytics Cloud and build its forward-deployed engineering team. During 2016-2018 Phil lead product go-to-market across Salesforce Einstein ensuring the successful introduction and delivery of the first comprehensive AI for CRM to Salesforce’s 150,000 customers and vibrant ecosystem of partners
Prior to Salesforce, Phil was Vice President of Operations and Alliances at machine-learning startup Alpine Data where he founded a data science team, integrated an acquired product., and built an alliances program. Over the prior 15 years—at Oracle, Endeca, and Kalido—he sold, designed, and delivered data warehouse, analytics, MDM, and discovery/search solutions to large organizations across Europe, APAC, and the US. Phil received his Masters in GIS & Remote Sensing from the University of Cambridge, his BSc in Geography from the University of Exeter in the U.K., and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

Erik Okerholm

Lead Solution Engineer, Tableau CRM, Healthcare at Salesforce

Erik Okerholm is a Lead Solution Engineer for Healthcare Analytics at Salesforce and Tableau. Erik has over 30 years experience in Healthcare, with over 25 years focusing on Business Intelligence. He has his Master of Health Administration (MHA) and Master of Information Management (MIM).

A former Duke University Medical Center Hospital Administrative Fellow, and Medical Student at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, Erik is super passionate about improving patient outcomes using advanced analytics & artificial intelligence to help foster change.

Enterprise Account Executive - Tableau

Jerrica earned her Undergraduate degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Ball State University and a Master’s in Business and Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Jerrica started her professional career working in Memphis, Tennessee at the Global Headquarters of International Paper Co. and went on to move to Savannah, Georgia with the company as she quickly advanced in roles of increasing responsibility.

Jerrica later accepted a position with Vidant Health in North Carolina where she worked as a Marketing/Sales Director for five years. During her time at Vidant Health she helped drive brand awareness and new business through targeted marketing and healthcare sales efforts. She saw great success in this role and gained recognition with campaigns that were featured both locally and nation-wide, such as on The Kelly Clarkson Show and in top healthcare journals.

Jerrica now uses her background and expertise in healthcare, customer centric solutions, research analytics and more to bring value to Tableau customers throughout UHG.

Jerrica is based out of Atlanta Ga., and in her free time enjoys relaxing at the beach, spending time with family and friends (especially her energetic six year old daughter and her 70 pound boxer fur baby), traveling Internationally and attending sporting events and live concerts.

Vice President at Acumen Solutions, a Salesforce Company

Dave Marko is a Vice President at Acumen Solutions, a Salesforce Company. He is focused on helping organizations transform their data into actionable intelligence. His experience over the last 20+ years has spanned both the Commercial and Public Sector, where he has helped organizations apply advanced analytics to solve and improve their customer experience, drive employee productivity and improve retention, increase Sales Operations and Intelligence, and streamline service operations. Prior to his current position, Mr. Marko has served in executive roles at Clarabridge, and CACI. Mr. Marko holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
