Additionally, Michael helped run the financial services practice at Salesforce, where he worked with target accounts throughout the country on digital transformation strategy and customer experience optimization. Prior to joining USEReady, he lead the sales team for a well-known Salesforce implementation partner.
Michael specializes in bridging the gap between the business and the technology to ensure that the roadmap is well defined and aligns well with the goals and objectives of the business, so that quantitative ROI is both achievable and measurable.
