Tableau is coming to Boulder to support the thriving technology community!

Join us for a lounge & learn on December 9th featuring Professor Brad Bernthal. During this interactive session Professor Bernthal will lead a discussion among attendees about the role of collective action in the entrepreneurial community and, in particular, ideas needed to keep the Front Range a vibrant place for innovation in the coming 10-15 years. The discussion will be framed by a look backwards at three episodes that affected the trajectory of Boulder and Front Range entrepreneurship: (1) the Boulder community’s effort in the early 1950s to attract the Federal Labs, (2) actions by the state legislature that paved the way for the craft brewing industry, and (3) the efforts of four engineers to break away from IBM, start StorageTek, and eventually support a number of storage related startups.

This event will also feature a presentation by Rally Software which highlights how organizations of all sizes can leverage data to gain a competitive advantage. Specifically, during this presentation Rally Software and Tableau will demonstrate how organizations can leverage data visualization to become truly data-driven.
