This course is unit 3 of 4 for Desktop II: Intermediate
Prerequisites: Tableau Desktop I: Fundamentals or equivalent experience. For the best learning experience, we recommend taking each of the four course units in order.
Audience: This course is designed for the intermediate Tableau user. It is made for the professional who has solid working experience with Tableau and wants to take it to the next level. You should have a deep understanding of all the fundamental concepts of building worksheets and dashboards, but may scratch your head when working with more complex issues.
Learning Objectives: At the end of this course segment, you will be able to:
- Analyze distributions of data using histograms and box and whisker plots.
- Create and edit advanced table calculations.
- Create and use parameters and input controls to support audience analysis.
- Utilize sets in visualizations to analyze subsets of your data.
