Advancing Gender Equality

Tableau Foundation believes that a world where women and girls have equal opportunity and access to healthcare, financial institutions, economic mobility and political power is essential and possible. Through our work, we advocate for better data collection on the various challenges women and girls face around the world. We partner with organizations using this data to advocate for policies, solutions, and programs aimed at supporting women and driving toward gender equality.

What we do

Reproductive health

Support our partners to advance maternal and menstrual health through data-driven direct services and advocacy.

Financial Inclusion

Advocate for closing the economic gender gap by encouraging an understanding of the critical importance of financial security for women’s advancement.

Political parity

Advance political parity by illustrating gaps in women’s leadership worldwide, and calling for more equitable representation.
