Who should attend Tableau Live Asia Pacific?

This free, virtual event is open to anyone looking to connect with other data people to share best practices with, who can be valuable resources after the event, and provide support as everyone navigates a rapidly-evolving business landscape and world. Build your professional network, discover opportunities to make the most of your data, and ramp up your analytical skills. Together we will learn, connect, and celebrate the power of data.

When will the event take place?

Tableau Live Asia Pacific will begin online at 11:00 AM SGT on 26 August 2020. Attend Tableau Live by going here.

Is there a cost for the event?

No, there is no cost. Tableau Live Asia Pacific is free to attend.

Will session content be live?

Yes. All session content will be live. You will have the opportunity to chat during the breakout sessions. You can network with other attendees during Roundtables and message people within the event platform.

Will recordings be available after the event?

Your registration includes access to on-demand content from Tableau Live Asia Pacific after the event. You will receive an email with login instructions 24 hours after the event.

How do I login to participate in the event?

Please use the credentials you created during registration to access the platform. You will receive an email notification a few days prior to the event notifying you it’s time to log in and build your schedule.

I can’t attend the entire event. Is it possible to join a portion of the event?

Yes. We understand that you may have prior commitments. You can access the event platform and join the sessions you’re able to attend. To catch up on the valuable content you’ve missed, your registration allows you to access event content on demand. You will receive an email with instructions on how to watch what you’ve missed 24 hours after the event.

Will there be a chance to network at Tableau Live?

Yes! We will be offering Roundtables, our peer-to-peer networking tool, during the event. Roundtables are small group discussions on a variety of topics. You can create your own or join a pre-existing Roundtable. They can be made private or viewable to other event attendees. Sessions can last up to 45 minutes and have up to six participants.

Is space limited? Is there a waitlist?

Event capacity is limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible. Once we have reached our capacity, there will be a waitlist with a follow-up communication once a spot becomes available.

What are the details for Tableau Doctor appointments?

Attendees have the opportunity to schedule a 20-minute, one-on-one appointment with a Tableau expert to solve technical challenges, review deployments, and more. Appointment scheduling opens prior to the event. Look for an email notification directing to the Tableau Doctor page for more information or to schedule your appointment. Please note: attendees are limited to two appointments. All Tableau Doctor appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all times filled.
