Product Launch Best Practices

The days and weeks following FDA approval are critical to the overall success and longevity of a new drug to market. Ensuring accurate and reliable data that can drive action across various functional teams is paramount in driving patient pull through. Visual analytics can unlock organizational orchestration and keep teams focused on priorities, not distractions.

In this session, we will discuss stories from four life sciences clients on how analytics empowered their organization to solve challenges and be more successful. These stories will be told from the consultants who worked on the ground combining data, design, and strategy to build holistic solutions with Tableau. We will explore best practices including:

  • Developing reporting around marketing analytics that drives insights on a pharmaceutical product launch.
  • Standing up analytics and visualization centers to enable emerging life science organizations.
  • Visualizing a holistic mapping of external investment opportunities through R&D programs to diversify a product portfolio.
  • Developing reporting answering questions between business development and program management for a pharmaceutical manufacturing firm.
