Social Data Week Overview
With 2.5 billion people globally on social networks, there is a growing imperative for brands and businesses to ‘go social’ – to engage, understand and respond to customers through social channels.
The opportunities to leverage the data generated from social networks – social data – present new opportunities, insights and challenges for companies that can harness the firehoses of data and turn that into insights and signals to help them better serve their customers.
Social Data Week London will explore the business opportunities and practicalities of creating a socially intelligent business by leveraging big data, social data and analytics.
