Resolved Issues

Issue ID Description

Tableau Server does not send email (on data engine's status), when the data engine's status changes or process is down.

When adding a new node to an existing cluster via initialize-tsm, if the new node cannot reach the controller node specified in the bootstrap file, the error "BadEmbeddedCredential" is returned, which is misleading. (Accurate error should be HostUnreachable or similar.)

When running tabcmd addusers, an error occurred, "[20552] ERROR (day/time): Tableau Server cannot complete the operation because the repository is not available. Wait a few minutes and then try to publish again." and "org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: could not extract ResultSet".

Tableau Server users with incorrect Google BigQuery permissions are having wait to 5-7 minutes before being given the opportunity to change credentials due to retry logic.

Flow Actions are disabled for flows from an incompatible version.

Feature flag checks consuming too many CPU cycles during tooltip rendering.

Export-power-point command create arbitrary files on Tableau Server.

When passing an invalid filter value from MSAS via URL on Tableau Server, the following error occurs: "Analysis Services database error 0x80004005: Query (16, 52) Parser: The syntax for '' is incorrect."
