On August 1st, the Tableau development team updated the certificates for our Windows based product installers. This change may cause issues with installing specific versions of Tableau Products. When generating a Prep output file or publishing an output to Tableau Server, an error occurs: "ERROR collation mismatch, use COLLATE statements to resolve" as embedded Chinese characters are causing collate error between multiple tables in 2019.1.3.


Exception while adding a calculated field in Tableau Prep Builder, "Cannot read property 'nodeType' of null"


When using functions that require an integer, such as MAKEDATE(), Tableau Prep Builder sometimes stopped responding and data failed to load.


On some Mac OS versions, Tableau Prep Builder failed to start with a "Tableau Prep stopped running because an underlying process stopped unexpectedly" error.


Tableau Prep Builder remained on the splash screen and would not load fully on a Mac.


When you created a calculated field in Tableau Prep Builder, sometimes a "Cannot read property 'nodeType' of null" error occurred.
