Learn a new approach to data visualisation using Tableau at this free 2-hour workshop for students and instructors at the King’s College London.

Data is everywhere. But it can be hard to make sense of it all. Tableau helps people transform data into actionable insights that make an impact. This hands-on workshop will teach you how to use Tableau Desktop, and by the end of the workshop, you'll be able to turn data into insights and continue your Tableau journey on your own.

Register using the form to the right to secure your place as space is limited. Don't worry - we will only contact you regarding the workshop.

By the end of the workshop, you can expect to

  • Understand the importance of data literacy
  • Build basic visualisations (think bar charts, scatter plots and maps)
  • Create and publish your very own interactive dashboard
  • How can I prepare for the workshop?

This is a hands-on Tableau Desktop training session, so bring your laptop and be ready to keep up with a Tableau instructor! Prepare by downloading and installing Desktop before the workshop:

  • Students, download your free licenses here.
  • Instructors / non-commercial academic researchers, download your free license here.
