Jim Gay is the Vice President of Infrastructure Delivery for Nationwide. In this role, Jim leads a team responsible for planning and delivery of the IT technology solutions supporting the overall IT initiatives. This organization provides the primary interface between the technology infrastructure team and our IT Delivery and Business Partners.
Nationwide is based in Columbus, Ohio and its technology infrastructure is supported by multiple data centers and connects multiple remote offices ranging from campus and headquarters locations to Nationwide’s exclusive Agency Channel locations. Jim has over 40 years of experience in the IT Industry.
Jim has experience in application development and infrastructure delivery. Some previous positions include Infrastructure Technology Planning, responsible for infrastructure product planning for Nationwide and Chief Technology Officer for Infrastructure, responsible for the development of the infrastructure architecture function. Over the past few years, Jim has led the introduction of many new technology solutions as well as the Nationwide Digital Strategy. Some of the many new technologies implemented include: virtual PCs, virtual servers, Personally Owned Mobile Solution (Smart Phones and iOS Tablet devices), Portable Satellite Units, Managed Print Services, IP telephony, Wireless Technology, and Video Conferencing.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ohio University. He is on the Advisory Board for the McClure School of Communications at Ohio University. He previously served on the Board of Directors, Nationwide Federal Credit Union, Novell Executive Customer Council, AT&T Emerging Technologies Council, and on the Sprint Financial Services Customer Advisory Council.
Jim and his wife Chris live in New Albany, Ohio and have two children who are both married and also have six grandchildren. less

Amish Amin is the director of the claims data and analytics team. Where he helps the claim’s department deliver impactful analytics to enhance our member experience. Prior to joining the claims department, he has held various roles in the office of internal audit and Finance. He has a bachelors degree in accounting from the Ohio State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio. less

TJ Gordon is the Director of Digital Metrics within Marketing’s Customer Insights & Analytics organization. His Digital Metrics team works to support Nationwide’s P&C digital sales and servicing initiatives in partnership with the Enterprise Digital Experience organization. TJ specializes in data-driven insights, analysis and business recommendations through the use of advanced analytics tools, automated self-service reporting and visualization platforms. Prior to his time at Nationwide, TJ supported the Advanced Analytics COE at Cardinal Health for both their pharmaceutical and medical distribution business units. TJ holds a PhD in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University, and a BA in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Monmouth College. less
