Tableau Software (NYSE: DATA), a global leader in rapid-fire, easy-to-use business analytics software, is proud to announce four new hires in Europe, following a packed Partner Summit, held in London from the 26th to 28th February.
The Tableau Partner Summit, held at the Pullman London St Pancras, drew 169 of Tableau’s partners from 81 organisations across Europe, representing 29 countries.
A keynote featuring James Eiloart, Vice President EMEA and Lynn Smith, Vice President of Strategic Sales, set out Tableau’s product roadmap, important FY14 milestones, and key partner integration points.
Mel Stephenson, Managing Director of InterWorks Europe, a Tableau partner, explained “Tableau has a strong vision for delivering an open and flexible business intelligence platform with deep functionality and is focused on growth, scale, and consistent execution. They are easy to partner with and it’s great to see so many people at Tableau passionate about the product.”
Tableau recently appointed a number of new sales and channel staff. Andrew Batchelor was named as Director of Sales for EMEA, Henrik Jörgensen was named new country manager for German speaking territories. Edouard Beaucourt was named as Enterprise Account Manager for France and the Suisse Romande (French speaking Switzerland). Prior to this, Tableau appointed Roland Freygang as Channel Partner Manager, for German speaking territories. These new hires demonstrate the growth of the business throughout Europe;
