Monthly Victory Lakes Urgent Care Update
UTMB Health opened it’s first after hours urgent care clinic covering adult aged patients in April 2013. Because of ongoing interest in business development for this service, Tableau was employed to provide insights into patient demographics and utilization patterns. Since that time Tableau’s features have allowed the scope of data visualizations in a monthly update report to innovate and evolve. Interest in the report has also evolved. The report is now being reviewed by people spanning clinical leadership, physician faculty leadership, business and finance, and marketing and communications.
