Tableau Software Files Registration Statement For Proposed Initial Public Offering

Tableau Software, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as book-running managers. UBS Securities LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. are acting as co-lead managers, and JMP Securities LLC is acting as co-manager.
