Create a workbook and demonstrate 4 common uses of parameters. Common uses include:
- Filter a view to display the top N items (where N is a parameter)
- Create a reference line controlled by a parameter, where anything above the target is colored green and anything below is red
- Select measures in the views
- Variable bins
- 'What if' scenarios
- Moving averages
