Tableau may, at its own discretion, make firmware updates ("Firmware") available for download from this Site. You agree to use Firmware exclusively with the Tableau hardware products for which it has been designed. You agree not to use Firmware in conjunction with any hardware products other than the Tableau hardware products for which Firmware has been designed, and you agree that you will not in any way allow or otherwise facilitate the use of Firmware on hardware products other than Tableau hardware by other individuals or entities. You further agree that you will make no attempt to reverse engineer Firmware nor will you allow or otherwise facilitate the reverse engineering of Firmware by other individuals or entities.

You agree that by purchasing products through the Tableau Store, you will be bound by any end user licenses accompanying the purchased product.
