This release enables the T8 Forensic USB Bridge to recognize and
communicate with a wider range of USB Mass Storage devices;
in particular, those using the T8 will benefit from improved compatibility
with a number of off-brand USB flash drives. This firmware release also
allows the T8 to recover from read errors when imaging a failing drive,
corrects an intermittent bug that could cause the T8 to mount a disk
very slowly, and adds capability for the T8 to report drive manufacturer
and serial number information to the Tableau Disk Monitor application.
The Tableau Firmware Update components are now digitally signed.
As a result, Tableau is now recognized as a trusted publisher in
Windows Vista.
