SuperTalent 8GB FLASH Drive with Older Tableau SATA Products

Tableau has identified an incompatibility between SuperTalent 8GB SATA FLASH
drives and older Tableau forensic bridges manufactured through July, 2006.
Tableau forensic bridges which support SATA drives and which were manufactured before
August, 2006 (Tableau models T3, T3u, T15, T335, and T345) will exhibit extremely slow
data transfer rates when used with the SuperTalent 8GB SATA FLASH drives. This problem
appears to result from an incompatibility between the SATA interface chip used on these
older Tableau products and the SATA interface on the SuperTalent 8GB FLASH drive.
Tableau products manufactured beginning in August, 2006, use a different SATA interface
chip and should work normally with the SuperTalent 8GB SATA FLASH drive.
