| Description: | Tableau has identified an incompatibility between SuperTalent 15GB uSATA (micro-SATA) FLASH
drives (model FUM15GK18H) and Tableau T35e and T35es Forensic Bridges.
Due to a combination of factors, including at least one bug in the SuperTalent drive, the
Tableau T35e and T35es do not reliably identfy the SuperTalent FUM15GK18H at power-ON. If
the T35e/T35es do detect the SuperTalent FUM15GK18H, then the Tableau and SuperTalent
devices will communicate successfully and reliably until the next power cycle.
If you need to connect the SuperTalent FUM15GK18H to a T35e or T35es, Tableau recommends
the following work-around: Power the SuperTalent FUM15GK18H from a separate source (not the
T35e or T35es) and power it before powering the T35e/T35es. Even when using this
procedure successful drive detection is not guaranteed, and it may be necessary to repeat
the power cycling process (on both the SuperTalent and Tableau devices) several times in
order to achieve successful device detection.
Tableau does not believe this compatibility issue can be resolved through a firmware udpate.
