•Tableau Software now connects to Hortonworks Data Platform powered by Apache Hadoop through the Hive interface, using the new Hortonworks Hive ODBC Connector.
•Tableau Software now connects to the DataStax Big Data platform which integrates Apache Cassandra, Hadoop and Solr. Users are now able to use Tableau Software do analytics on their data in DataStax Enterprise.
•Tableau Software integrates with Hadapt's Interactive Query to provide business analysts access to the full Hadoop analytic ecosystem via SQL. Hadapt's Adaptive Analytical Platform combines Apache Hadoop and relational DBMS technology into a single system for applications that rely on multi-structured data analytics - no connectors, complexities or rigid structure.
•Tableau’s native integration with Karmasphere allows users to work together using Karmaphere’s powerful project workspace directly on Hadoop to create and share analytic work products such as tables, queries and results that can be consumed in Tableau.
•Tableau Software is partnering with Simba Technologies to leverage its ODBC drivers to optimize access to Hadoop data for other Tableau partners and customers.

•Tableau Software works with Cirro, a platform that enables the joining of data across heterogeneous environments by federating queries across multiple sources of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
