Parking for in-person attendees:
If you do not have (or do not know if you have) badge access to building AB, please plan to arrive at least 1/2 hour early for the event as you will need to park in the visitors lot and check in with security at the BOC where you will receive a temporary badge.
Parking will be available in the Lot 1 visitor/employee parking lot located on the corner of Washington and Hamilton streets adjacent to building AB - a map is available by following this link.
When you arrive at the parking lot, you can gain entrance by taking a ticket at the gate. Take your ticket to the BOC office and when you receive your temporary badge, exchange the ticket for a parking token for when you exit.
The actual event is being held on the "D" wing of building AB in the 7th floor auditorium. Signs will be posted near the auditorium entrance for your convenience. Seating is first come first serve so please plan to arrive early.
