German Research Study Finds Tableau Customers Most Loyal in BI

By Doreen Jarman November 14, 2011

Germany’s Business Analytics Research Council (BARC) recently surveyed more than 2,000 people to learn which business intelligence (BI) companies perform best in the industry. Tableau fared very well in the BI Survey 10 – in fact it beat out larger BI rivals such as IBM, Oracle, SAP, Microstrategy and QlikTech in key performance indicators related to customer loyalty, lowest total cost of ownership and ease of implementation.

Tableau is especially proud to learn that our customers are the most loyal in the BI industry. They told BARC they would be most likely to purchase more licenses, proving that when you help people perform their jobs better you earn their trust.

We’d like to thank all of the Tableau customers from around the world who responded to BARC’s survey. Stay tuned in the coming days as we examine the other categories where we came out on top.
